All of my offerings follow a grounded and intentional arc of pre-ceremony preparation, ceremony, and post-ceremony integration. Each phase is designed to meet you where you are—mind, body, and spirit—while guiding you into deeper alignment with your healing path.

Pre-Ceremony
The pre-ceremony phase lays the foundation for everything that follows. In this sacred preparation space, I provide education that bridges science and spirituality, helping you understand the flow of the experience and begin building a sense of trust with the medicine, the container, and yourself.
During this phase, I guide you through deep intention setting, which is essential for meaningful transformation. Sacred medicine always meets us where we are—but the depth of your intention determines the depth of your healing. The difference between walking away with stories and walking away forever changed often lies in the clarity and sincerity of your intention. For this reason, I dedicate time and space for this essential process.

Ceremony
During ceremony, I serve as a compassionate, grounded, and attuned guide—holding space with presence and care. Each journey is a co-creation between you, the medicine, and Source. I honor your unique process while offering safety, energetic containment, and gentle guidance through the physical, emotional, and spiritual landscapes that may arise.
Ceremony is a space of remembrance, release, and renewal. I hold space and walk with you through each layer, helping you stay centered and supported while surrendering to the wisdom of the medicine.

To preserve depth and intimacy, all ceremonies are limited to no more than four participants. This ensures a safe, spacious, and intentional field for transformation, with devoted presence offered to each soul in the circle.
